With close to 100 different miniature pieces of furniture, the Vitra Design Museum Miniatures Collection is truly a culmination of design and craftsmanship. Manufactured and designed with the intentions of sharing the artwork created by some of the leading experts in the field of furniture design with the general public, the creation of the Miniatures Collection from Vitra Design Museum has led to a following worldwide of avid collectors. These miniature pieces of furniture are true works of art and are spectacular pieces of craftsmanship on a very small scale.

The Vitra Design Museum produces each miniature furniture piece in conjunction with the artists represented within the collection. Each piece of furniture is painstakingly and masterfully crafted in the same materials, colors and design as their life-size counterparts. As useful tools of education or design, Vitra Miniatures are representative of the classic design and artistry of the original furniture pieces on a far smaller scale.
