2. If a return is requested for a Miniature purchased from Azul Modern, return/refund will only be granted with subsequent return of new, unused and in original packaging Ipod Shuffle.
3. If Vitra Miniature purchased is found to be backordered, customer has the option of keeping that particular Miniature on backorder and Ipod Shuffle will ship upon the shipment of the backordered item, or customer can opt to choose another in-stock Miniature, and Shuffle will ship immediately.
