Do you ship to my country?

At this time, we only ship to customers in the U.S.  We hope to soon have the capability to ship to customers internationally.

What are my payment choices?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  We also accept payment through Paypal and Google checkout.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.  Azul Modern ships all items UPS Ground (Signature Required upon delivery) unless the item ordered is over UPS weight limits.  In this case, item will ship via truck freight.  If a loading dock is not available at shipping destination, arrangements will be made to accommodate via "white glove" or similar delivery service. 

All in-stock items will normally ship within 24-48 hours after receipt of order.  Customer will receive an email after placing an order notifying them of the expected ship date.

Outbound shipping originally not charged to the customer under our "free freight over $100 policy" will be deducted from any credit issued if the item is eventually returned.

Agreement to Authorize Credit Card Charges

By clicking "Submit Order" during our checkout process, you agree to have your credit card charged for the total purchase price as calculated during our order submission process.

Refund/Return Policy:

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

Some products (including all special orders) offered by Azul Modern are non-cancelable/non-returnable. 

We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
  • Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way 
  • Within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed) 
  • Must not be a special order or a custom order 
  • Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us  will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is at least a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.  (Certain vendors charge up to a 25% restocking fee on certain items). Again, you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returned items if seller is not at fault. 

Freight Policy:

Items shipped via truck freight should be examined immediately upon arrival.  A signature will be required upon delivery of every truck freight shipment.  When you receive your delivery via truck, please following the following procedure:

1.  Match freight with items noted on freight bill
2.  Examine freight for any damages
3.  Note any damages to shipment on freight bill including but not limited to: marks, dings, dents, broken edges, broken glass, smudges, etc.
4.  Sign freight bill

Sales Tax:

We only collect and pay sales tax for items shipped and delivered in the state our business is incorporated in. (Residents of the state of Georgia will be charged 7% sales tax.)   You may be required to pay sales tax, however, on items you have purchased.  It is your responsibility to determine your state's laws regarding Internet commerce/sales tax law.

Legal:

Upon submission of your order, you submit to having agreed to all of our policies and also agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff and affiliate harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of this policy or use of the web site.
